Terms and Conditions for Concert Craze

Welcome to Concert Craze! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Limits

When purchasing tickets on Concert Craze, you are restricted to a specified number of tickets per event, known as a “ticket limit.” This limit is displayed during the purchase process and is enforced to prevent unfair ticket-buying practices.

  • Each account must be linked to a unique individual with valid and verifiable information.
  • Multiple accounts cannot be used to bypass ticket limits.
  • If you exceed or attempt to exceed the ticket limit, Concert Craze reserves the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice.
  • Tickets canceled for violating ticket limits may be refunded at face value (excluding fees).

2. Ticket Transfer

Concert Craze offers a Ticket Transfer feature, allowing you to digitally send tickets to another person.

For Senders: You can transfer tickets to a friend or family member through your online account. Transfers can be modified or canceled before the recipient accepts them. For Recipients: Once you accept a transferred ticket, a new barcode is issued, and the sender’s original ticket becomes invalid.

Important Notes:
  • Only the most recent transfer is valid for event entry.
  • Transferred tickets may be canceled if obtained fraudulently or in violation of our policies.
  • Merchandise, VIP packages, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance are non-transferable.

3. Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events

If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved:

  • Canceled Events: Refunds (if approved by the Event Organizer) will be issued to the original purchaser. No action is required unless a credit option is offered.
  • Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events: Your tickets remain valid. If refunds or credits are approved, the original purchaser must initiate the process.
  • Transferred Tickets: If tickets were transferred, the recipient must return them to the original purchaser for refunds or credits.

Concert Craze is not liable for any travel or additional expenses incurred due to event changes.

4. Opening Acts and Festival Performers

  • Opening acts, festival performers, or supporting artists are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • No refunds will be issued if an opening act or festival performer is changed or canceled.

5. Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued only for canceled events or as approved by the Event Organizer. Refunds include the ticket price and fees but exclude shipping charges, merchandise, or insurance.
  • Credits: If offered by the Event Organizer, credits can be used for future eligible events. Credits do not apply to resale tickets, third-party tickets, or gift cards.
  • Exchanges: Available for select events, subject to a per-ticket exchange fee. Exchanges are not available for resale tickets, VIP packages, or bundled products.
  • Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered.

6. Pricing and Errors

  • If a ticket is purchased at an incorrect price due to an error, Concert Craze reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
  • We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to pricing or transactional errors.

7. Event Entry and Conduct

  • Tickets are revocable licenses, and admission may be refused or revoked for disorderly conduct, violation of venue rules, or abusive behavior.
  • You agree to comply with all Event Organizer rules and policies.

8. Recording and Publicity

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Concert Craze, Event Organizers, and their partners may use your image, likeness, or actions for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Security and Searches

  • You and your belongings may be searched upon entry.
  • Prohibited items (e.g., weapons, alcohol, recording devices) are not allowed.
  • Refusal to consent to a search may result in denied entry without refund.

10. Third-Party Resale Tickets

  • Hard stock or third-party resale tickets must be returned to Concert Craze for refund processing.
  • Refunds for resale tickets are subject to the original ticket provider’s policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Concert Craze is not liable for:

  • Travel or incidental expenses related to event changes.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Errors or malfunctions on the website or during the purchase process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Concert Craze operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

13. Changes to Terms

Concert Craze reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
